What sort of barbecue should I buy?

30 May

Im looking to buy an outdoor barbecue for my garden. I dont want a huge one, but Ill be using it maybe once or twice a week so it should be fairly robust.

What else should I look for in a barbecue?

Also do gas barbecues give a different taste to charcoal? I like charcoal barbecues, but if they’re very similar taste, I think gas would be more convenient. I dont want a gas one if it just tastes the same as if its been grilled in a kitchen oven though

The Big Green Egg is looked at by a lot of people as the best grill ever! It comes in a few different sizes (All the way from mini to XL) so you can find one that’s just right. Its easy to use, and can reach a cookable temp. in just ten minutes.
There is a very distinct difference in taste when it comes to charcoal or gas. Its mostly a matter of opinion, and i personally think the green egg makes everything great (It is charcoal). The grill is perfect for everything from fall of the bone ribs to hot chocolate in the winter. Everything tastes better on a big green egg. Here is the website if your interested. Believe me, buying this grill will be a wise, delicious, and brilliant investment. Let me know if there is anything you want to know about the Egg, I am a proud owner.

Most barbecues that are used for commercial purposes now use gas or electricity. When using electrical grill or gas grill you can prepare your barbecue inside your home.

But there is nothing quite like smoked barbecue. You’ll discover the difference between gas and charcoal grills.

I treat grilling as a way of living. It is almost like riding a Harley!

If we talk about Original Barbecue then it is Charcoal barbecue, and all others are variations!

Yes you must take care how many briquettes to light, it is little bit more complicated to control heat with charcoal barbecue and it takes some work but nothing tastes as good as food cooked over charcoal.

No matter the type of grill you use, remember this thought from Jamie Purviance, author of “Weber’s Charcoal Grilling:

The Art of Cooking With Live Fire”: “Each time we light a live fire, we reconnect with generations of ancestors all the way back to the beginning of civilization.”

Take your time to enjoy with charcoal grills,
